Provide civic address, PID, or legal description. If this information is unknown, provide the nearest intersection and some geographic details about the property location.
Provide name, address, and contact information, if known

Provide relevant details such as: estimated land area impacted, type of activity taking place
Provide license plate, make/model, colour, identifying markings, if known
Note unsafe conditions such as structures or aggressive animals, if known

    C&E staff will contact the complainant if additional information or clarification of the complaint/referral is required. However, due to the significant volume of complaints/referrals received by the Commission, it is unlikely C&E staff will be able to provide regular updates to complainants. The Commission assures that all complaints/referrals will be logged into the ALC database, reviewed and followed-up.
