Kelowna gave the ALC high marks on staff’s review and processing of applications: 5 out of 5 ("Very Satisfied") with the helpfulness, communicativeness, professionalism and courtesy of ALC staff and 4 out of 5 ("Satisfied") with their impartiality. Kelowna also indicated it was "Very Satisfied" that the staff’s review and processing of applications in 2002 provided adequate opportunity for applicants to present information in support of their application, and were overall "Satisfied" with the ALC staff’s review and processing of applications. Kelowna also expressed the opinion that its residents were "Very Supportive" of the preservation of farmland through a Provincial ALR. Richmond also gave the ALC high marks on its review and processing of applications: 5 out of 5 ("Very Satisfied") with the helpfulness, communicativeness, professionalism, impartiality and courtesy of ALC staff. It also indicated that its residents were "Supportive" of the preservation of farmland through a Provincial Agricultural Land Reserve. Delta, too, expressed strong support. Langley also indicated it was "Satisfied" with the ALC staff’s review and processing of applications. It expressed the opinion that its residents were "Very Supportive" of the preservation of farmland through a Provincial ALR. Results were similar in Cariboo, Nanaimo, Fraser-Fort George and Peace River Regional Districts. As well, with the exception of Fraser-Fort George (which indicated "Don’t Know/No Opinion"), these regional districts all felt their residents were "Supportive" of the preservation of farmland through a Provincial Agricultural Land Reserve.
