Applications decided by ALC (areas of the province outside Peace River & Northern Rockies RDs and uses listed in Appendix 1 of Delegation Agreement), use "Application by Land Owner..." above (check Non-farm Use) and submit to local government along with a Schedule A - Pre-Site Assessment and surface landowner approval.
Schedule B should also be reviewed for reclamation requirements.
