Application Fee Schedule
For applications that are submitted directly to the Agricultural Land Commission, the fee is payable to the Minister of Finance. For applications submitted directly to the local government, the fee is payable to the local government. See the schedule below to determine who to pay the fee to and the amount.

* For Transportation, Utility and Recreational Trail Use applications, a $400 fee is payable to the ALC. If the ALC refers the application to local government for review, $200 of the fee is remitted to the local government.
