Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Agreements

The Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) can enter into memorandums of understanding (MOUs) or agreements with local governments to improve the coordination and integration of interdependent programs. These agreements clarify the parties’ roles and responsibilities and outline operating procedures.

Islands Trust

The Islands Trust and the ALC have an agreement to work together on agricultural and environmental issues in relation to their respective mandates.
