The Provincial Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) is an independent administrative tribunal dedicated to preserving agricultural land and encouraging farming in British Columbia.
The Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) will launch its new online application system called the Application Portal on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 12:00 PM. The Application Portal will provide a streamlined web-based application process for applicants, local governments, and the public.
Amendments to the Agricultural Land Commission Act were passed on May 29, 2014. The amendments to the ALC Act came into force by regulation on September 5, 2014.
