Working with Ministries and Agencies

The Commission enters into memorandums of understanding and agreements with ministries and agencies to improve the coordination and integration of interdependent programs. These agreements clarify the roles and responsibilities of the parties and outline operating procedures.

  Delegation of Decision Making

The following identifies the agreements that the Commission has entered into with other agencies pertaining to the Agricultural Land Reserve. To view the agreement, click on the agency name.

  • Oil and Gas Commission
    The Commission signed a delegation agreement under Section 26 of the Agricultural Land Commission Act with the Oil and Gas Commission. The agreement came into effect April 1, 2004.
