Oil & Gas Uses on ALR Land The Commission signed a delegation agreement under Section 26 of the Agricultural Land Commission Act with the Oil and Gas Commission (OGC). The agreement came into effect April 1, 2004. Schedule B should also be reviewed for reclamation requirements.
